Custom creations made with L.O.V.E.

Growing up I was exposed to all sorts of crafty things from my grandma, mom and aunt! Crochet, knitting, loop looms, sewing, needlepoint, anything we could do!!! And I wasn't totally into it until I had my first son, and my mom showed me how to sew some bags and purses and it just kept going from there. It grew as some extra money to help pay for things while we were in the Army living at Fort Campbell, and as the years passed, I bought an embroidery machine where it became a fun little hobby.

That all changed in 2012 when I was laid off from my job and needed to make extra money for our family. I turned my little hobby into a business and it's been full steam ahead ever since! I bought a bigger machine, invested in some better products and Sew Wonderfully Jamie was born!

I work full time now and do this on the nights/weekends my kids don't have hockey/baseball/basketball/lacrosse or soccer! But this side business helps pay for all the extra's they will ever need. I am thankful for all the supports that believe in small businesses and the ones that enjoy giving handmade, one of a kind crafts as gifts to there friends and family. That's what brings us all together on Etsy, the art of handmade!!
